The East Coast Stop the Spray Campaign:

There is currently a campaign to end the spraying of forests with the glyphosate-based herbicides Vision and VisionMax in the Maritimes as well.

  • www.stopthespray.com- a website dedicated to the concerns of aerial spraying of Vision and VisionMax in the Maritimes
  • The Sierra Club of Canada recently released this press release opposing herbicide spraying of forests in New Brunswick.
  • Citizen Action to Protect the Environment (CAPE) of Hants County, Nova Scotia, released this report outlining their concerns with aerial spraying of Vision.
  • Jamie Simpson and D. Charbonneau released this report pointing out the mistaken assumptions the Nova Scotia government relies on in justifying its herbicide spraying program and the widespread eradication of deciduous trees.
